What are your opening hours?

We’re open 7 days a week, from 10am - 10pm (September - April). During summer months (May - August) we will reduce our opening hours to 11am - 8pm.

Can children use the simulators?

Children are allowed to play but children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a simulator session?

Head to the BOOK section of our website or give us a call on 01383 871185.

Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Do I need to pre-book?

Yes, all bookings must be made ahead of attending Virtual Pro Golf, head to the BOOK section on our website.

What if I need to cancel my booking or rearrange?

We have a minimum 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make it or want to rearrange, please contact us.

If you want to extend your session while you're visiting us, just let us know and we'll try our best to accommodate you.

We recommend bringing your own, but club hire is available to add-on during booking online.

Yes. We have full CCTV coverage and an alarm system.

Yes. The premises has access to free car parking.

What should I wear?

Comfortable sportswear or golf attire.

NO GOLF SHOES (WITH SPIKES) ALLOWED, we advise trainers.

Please also ensure footwear is clean and free from dirt, mud and grass.

Can I use my own golf balls?

You can use your own balls, but we ask that if you do you only use new, clean balls without any sharpie or ink markings.

Damaged or marked balls can cause damage to  the impact screens.

Please be assured that we do provide balls in all bays.

Can I track my stats?

As we use Trackman, you will be able to create a profile and access to your session data through their Trackman app. This gives you the opportunity to track your progress over time.
